Shipping Information:

< Domestic Orders >

Every order usually will be shipped in 1 ~ 2 business days.You will be able to see the UPS,Fedex,USPS delivery status after your package is shipped using Tracking number. Most of the company usually takes a day to upload shipping information from the previous day shipped packages. UPS Service usually will takes 1~7days after shipment. USPS Priority will take 1 ~3 days after shipping. Every orders (Include 2 Day or Overnight packages) you will receive a tracking number from the shipping company by email when your order ships.

< International Orders >

Currently, on-line ordering is available only to USA addresses including Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GM), and US Virgin Islands(VI). Any orders outside USA must be pre-paid including shipping in advance by cashier's check, money order or direct bank wire transfer (you shold pay for bank wire charge) or paypal (if possible) in US dollars. The shipping cost of international orders is often very high, making such transactions not appealing. Customers are responsible for customs duties and tariffs whenever applicable. If you are serious about purchasing from us, please contact us. We'll send you a quote for the price and shipping. Then you can make arrangement for payment. We'll ship your order once the payment is confirmed. Although, we are not responsible for Custom Tax.

< Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies >

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of shipment unless prior arrangements have been made with us. All products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason. A 20% restocking fee applies on all kinds of returns. No exception. The refund will be credited back to the buyer less shipping and handling and the 20% restocking fee after receives the returned item. All returns must be in original packaging and complete. Additional fees may be assessed for damaged or missing items. After the 30 days of receipt, all sales are FINAL. If you are not satisfied with the product, return within 30 days of purchase. We ask that the product include all original merchandise tags intact and has not been used. OEM, CPU, Memoery Products, Mother Board, Consumable, Open Box Software, and battery Products are non returnable even in case of defect. If those items are defect, please contact manufacturer directly, they will replace, or repair for you.

< Avoid Credit Card Fraud >

If you have submitted a shipping address that is different from your address on your monthly credit card statement, please enter your credit card customer service phone number when you place an order. You can find this number on the back of your credit card. This requirement insures that individuals attempting credit card fraud cannot use your credit card to have items shipped to their address.
